Mariah (Bieber) Hayden, MBA is the Founder and Director of Planning at Jill of Trades. Mariah is passionate about helping people and that dedication has taken her down many paths in sales, marketing, non-profit, law enforcement, education, and hospitality where she has developed a dynamic and diverse skill set. She founded Jill of Trades to help people accomplish their goals and “Just Get It Together”.

Since 2001, Mariah has worked in the areas of marketing communications project management, community relations, business and relationship development, branding, training and instruction, diversity programs management, efficiency development, event management, and educational programming. Mariah has award-winning achievement in diversity program management and human resources association leadership. She sat on the Executive Board of Directors for the Professionals in Human Resources Association, the California State Council of the Society of Human Resources Management, and the founding Board for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, Los Angeles Chapter. She currently volunteers for the University of Tampa Alumni Association and Board of Counselors as well as the Tampa Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources.  Mariah received her Bachelor’s in Communications and minor in Marketing from the University of Tampa. She went on to earn her Masters in Communications from San Diego State University, and her MBA at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Recently, she completed a Certificate of Change Management from the University of Tampa. Michelle Bachman, MS is the Senior Project Manager with Jill of Trades. Michelle shares in Jill’s mission with a passion for service and love to help people. She has a unique skill set and is both accomplished and committed to sociopolitical issues, child advocacy, education and community partnerships.

In 2003, after graduating with her Political Science degree from Florida State University, Michelle began her career in the legal field working in the practice areas of Family Law, Personal Injury, and Environmental Land Use legislation. She later completed her Masters of Political Science from Florida State University.

In 2009, Michelle joined Florida Children’s Services Council’s (FCSC) efforts in promoting policies that support Florida’s children and families. With FCSC, she organized a fundraiser for State Senate Candidate Lorraine Ausley. She also spent a legislative session working for Representative Juan Zapata (R, Miami Dade). Michelle is a member of the Early Childhood Council and volunteers as a community advocate for the State of Florida Guardian ad Litem Program, which provides a strong voice in court and positive systemic change on behalf of Florida’s abused and neglected children.

Michelle’s experience brings strong project organization and execution, critical analysis, community partnering, research and policy change initiatives to Jill of Trade’s service offerings. Michelle manages client projects, has experience solving routine legal issues, and provides research and support.
